Phone Number and SMS Consent Data We Collect: When you opt in to receive SMS messages from us, we collect and store your mobile phone number, your consent to receive SMS messages (including the method, date, and time of consent), and any responses you send to our messages (such as STOP or HELP requests).
How We Use Your Phone Number and SMS Consent Data: We use your phone number and SMS consent data solely for the purpose of sending you the service-related text messages described above, processing your opt-out and opt-in requests, complying with applicable laws and regulations (including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and CTIA guidelines), and maintaining records of consent as required by SMS carriers and regulatory bodies.
